We kindly encourage customers to review all order details and shipping information carefully before completing their purchase. Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once they have been placed. If you have any questions prior to ordering, our team is always happy to help! 

In limited cases where a cancellation request can be accommodated a non-refundable processing/restocking fee will apply.

All of our products are Made to Order therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Order Issues & Claims
If there are any issues with your order, we will always make it right. Whether your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect,  you have 14 days from delivery to reach out with an inquiry. Our team will review your inquiry and arrange the best possible solution. We are here to help!

IMPORTANT : We kindly ask that you return your item(s) in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Once received and inspected, we will process your return accordingly. If an item is not properly packaged for safe return, or if it is returned used, damaged, or in unsellable condition, a refund will not be issued.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been picked up from our warehouse and scanned by UPS and a tracking number has been issued to you, The Neutral Nest does not have control over the shipping process and does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.  If you believe your order has been lost, contact UPS and provide your tracking information to file a claim. If you believe your order has been stolen, you should file a police report with your local police department . Most orders show up, so we suggest waiting a few days and checking with neighbors first.
